The Den – A Cosy Retreat with Victorian Charm Part of the original Victorian main house built in the 1890s, The Den is a charming, modern, and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom hideaway. It offers a choice of a King-Size bed or two Singles, plus a leather-look sofa bed in the lounge. Ideal for couples or small groups, the property is fully equipped and includes BT Fibre Optic Wi-Fi throughout. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note: There are steps leading to the property and inside. Kindly refer to the 'Photo Tour' under 'Exterior' for visual guidance. Not suitable for guests over 6ft tall due to a low beam in the bedroom and low-ceiling walk-in shower. ACCESS & PARKING Free on-street parking is available directly outside. A short walk along the pebbled path leads to your own private entrance. There are a few external steps with a metal handrail, plus a couple of steps at the door and two steps between the lounge and bedroom. ENTRANCE HALL Handy space for storing boots, wellies, coats, and hiking gear – hooks and storage provided. KITCHEN A stylish L-shaped kitchen with Quartz worktops, fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor fan, air fryer, fridge (with freezer box), toaster, kettle, Nespresso-style pod machine, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. LIVING & DINING Unwind in the lounge with a smart flat-screen TV (with streaming services), a desk and lamp for reading or working, and a dining table for three. The faux leather sofa transforms into a small double bed for a third guest. BEDROOM A bright, garden-facing bedroom with a large window, wardrobe, mirror, and chest of drawers. ‘The Den’ is located in Malvern, Worcestershire, near the foot of the spectacular Malvern Hills, situated directly opposite the Worcestershire Beacon Hill. Being in a prime location, there are plenty of places to see and visit around Malvern. Take a gentle stroll to the vibrance town centre, where you will find independent shops, markets, well-known retailers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. 'The Den' is close to Great Malvern Train Station, being only approximately 975 metres away.
