The Dutchy comprises two spacious barn conversions - Ledge View and Hill View Rise, which stand adjacent to each other in the most glorious setting. Accommodating up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms, this is a beautiful location for gathering your loved ones together or celebrating stylish hen parties. With an abundance of open-plan living space, this is a place where you can enjoy a range of experiences without leaving the comfort of The Duchy, from mobile beauty and spa treatments to exclusive wine tastings, the options are endless. The barns are surrounded by wonderful walks, including the Cotswold Way and there are some excellent places to dine in nearby Chipping Campden. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. Please note, if you would like any of the zip/link super king-size beds to be arranged as a twin, please contact us directly 7 days before arrival. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. 3 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee.

Located on the northern edge of the Cotswolds, The Dutchy is set within prime walking country - it’s just a short walk to the Cotswold Way at Dover’s Hill - home to the Cotswold Olympicks - and has an outstanding view of the Malvern Hills in the near distance.
