Awarded a Visit Britain 4 Star Rating, The Glen is a friendly, family run bed and breakfast in Oxenholme, Kendal with an outstanding reputation for warm and friendly service, excellent comfortable accommodation and freshly cooked breakfast’s using quality local ingredients. Known as ‘The Guest House under The Helm’, we are set in a quiet location with views over the fells and Morecambe Bay.

Neighborhood info

Close to Oxenholme Train Station and just a short drive from the M6 and the main roads into the Lake District, we are set in an ideal location to explore the Lake District by foot, bike or by car. We are 3 miles from Kendal, 1 mile from a supermarket and pharmacy. Very easy walking distance to local pub for evening meals.
