The property comprises front door into tiled hallway leading to fully fitted breakfast-kitchen with built-in white goods including electric range cooker and "American" fridge/freezer. Dining room and living room, both with wooden floors and a cosy wood-burning stove for cooler nights in the living room. Utility room and downstairs cloakroom with WC. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms; two double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom; a family bath and wet-room. Outside is a large patio and an enclosed garden for summertime barbecues. There is parking for more than one car. PLEASE NOTE WE OPERATE A MINIMUM 3-NIGHT BOOKING POLICY.
