The Property is a recently renovated Victorian Terraced house with four individual private en-suite rooms which share Kitchen and Communal areas. The Property has a spacious private Patio area and a large Communal green Garden space. The Property also offers private free parking

The Property is located on a quiet private lane but very close to desired busyness of North Bristol. The area is minutes away from major Motorway junctions (M5,M4 and M32) and the road which the Property's private Lane is connected too is a major commuter artery (A38) which gives access directly to the City's Central and Outskirt areas. Companies such Rolls Royce, GKN, Airbus, are within walking distance and so are Business Parks such as Aztec West, Bradley Stoke.
