The space
The cosy and delightful dedicated space (The Annex) with own separate entrance, in a split level house. Space comprising living room, bed room, kitchen/ diner and bathroom.(with sofa bed for additional guests) is attached to the main house. The property is situated in a conservation area directly across the road to Avon Valley Woodlands Local Nature Reserve, with Beeses area garden across the water. (15 minute drive to get round to it)

Hello, My name is Jo-an. I have a dedicated Annex in my large split level house, available for guests use. It's a lovely place to stay for holidays, visiting family or work trips. We are right next to the River Avon. The location is very popular for picnics, walking, cycling, cold water swimming, paddle boarding and many other leisure water sports The area is quiet and tranquil for those who just want to walk and take in the scenic views.
Nestled on the edge of Hanham, just a stone’s throw from the scenic Conham River Park, our Airbnb is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. This is the place for peaceful riverside walks, hike’s through lush woodland trails, or a dip in the water, this spot has it all. Popular with swimmers and water sports enthusiasts, the area offers to explore the beauty of the River Avon. After a day of adventurerelax in our cosy space and soak up the tranquillity of this hidden gem.
