This is a beautifully restored 2 bed and 2 bath period cottage in the village of Boughton-Under-Blean. A superb location near the city of Canterbury, the town of Faversham and only a 15 minute drive to the coast. The property has recently been restored to a stylish and luxurious space in keeping with the history of the building as a previous period stables. The finish is high quality and looks beautiful! It has all the essentials you need to have a fun-filled holiday in the Kentish countryside. There is a stylish living area downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen. The space is heated by under floor heating. There is a beautiful downstairs shower room. The first bedroom is downstairs and has blackout blinds and remote controls for the windows. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with space for extra bedding (inflatable bed available upon request).

I love golf and the outdoor life. I like to meet new people. My family live in a separate house on the grounds of the property and are on hand to answer any questions or provide any assistance.

This stunning cottage is set in the garden of our home and is in the beautiful village of Boughton-Under-Blean. The village is vibrant yet semi-rural with restaurants and several pubs all in walking distance.
