Steve & Karen Ritchie are the new owners of The Headlands Hotel and are both from Scarborough and have given up their previous jobs to run a hotel in their beloved hometown. Steve previously worked in IT Project Delivery and Karen worked in Customer Service.

The Headlands is a detached fully licensed establishment located in an enviable position overlooking the North Bay and Scarborough Castle. As resident proprietors we take great pleasure in offering all our guests quality accommodation, a warm welcome and an informal friendly atmosphere. We can offer a selection of twin, double or family rooms, all are decorated to a high standard, we are particularly proud of or superior rooms which benefit from spectacular sea and castle views. We are a five minute walk to the blue flag accredited North Bay beach, The Open Air Theatre, Alpamare Water Park and the famous Peasholm Park. It is a 20 minute walk into town which has many and varied shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
