With fabulous countryside views, this luxury dwelling has the rare benefit of beautiful rural surroundings whilst still being just a short drive from both the center of Edinburgh and very close to Edinburgh Airport. Situated in its own grounds on a former section of the Craigiehall Estate, the property is surrounded by rolling countryside and excellent walking trails. Edinburgh is close by (only 15-minute drive to the center) and the beautiful coastal town of Queensferry is even nearer.
Welcome to the Keep at Craigiehall. My wife and I have travelled halfway around the world using short stay rentals such as AirBnB, so we like to think we're well aware of what makes for a good property and a good host. We'll respond promptly to any requests or questions that you have and can have our housekeeper attend at the property very quickly in the event you need any assistance. We'll make every effort to ensure that all your needs are catered for throughout your stay with us.
Located in a beautiful pocket of rural Scotland just a short drive from Edinburgh city centre. The property is surrounded by rolling fields and woodlands and the river Almond is just at the bottom of one of the fields next to the property. PLEASE NOTE, Edinburgh airport is located just to the west of our area, so a periodic low rumbling of aircraft is audible as they take off and land. This does not bother 99 percent of our guests (or us when we stay at the property) as shown by our reviews but please consider this if you have a special sensitivity to such things.
