The Kinross Residence is an ideal base for families and friends looking to explore Scotland’s picturesque East Coast. Located in the heart of Kinross town centre on its traditional high street, which is home to a local butchers, a bakers, plenty of coffee shops and unique individual shops selling everything from hardware to handbags!

The beautiful shores of Loch Leven are only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and are brimming with wildlife. For the more energetic there is the 13 mile walk/cycle Heritage trail which circles the Loch. For dining out, there are various dining experiences; Unorthodox Roasters a cafe and coffee house directly opposite the property, Heaven Scent an artisan coffee shop and Loch Leven's Larder with 2 cafes and a farm shop offering the finest in local produce and artisanal craftsmanship. Visit the award winning Coach House Spa in Kinross offering various treatments and facilities. Golfers have Kinross Golf Club a 2 minute drive away and the famous Gleneagles and St Andrews golf courses within an hours drive. A regular bus service runs from the town through to Edinburgh city centre and both Perth and Stirling are only a short drive away.
