The Laurels boasts four double bedrooms, a large private rear garden with outdoor dining furniture, a front patio area with seating, a large lounge area, a walk-in wardrobe, four bathrooms and an open plan kitchen with dining area! The kitchen The bright and airy kitchen comes fully equipped for everything needed during your stay and benefits from high end integrated appliances. It is also complimented by a large dining table and breakfast bar set up to enjoy meals made during your stay. The Lounge This generously portioned room offers a giant sofa and a chaise lounge, perfect for movie nights. Master Bedroom This bedroom has a super king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, separate rainfall shower and freestanding bath. The large walk-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage and there is also a television in the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 This first floor bedroom benefits from a four-poster king size bed, dressing table, bay window with seating, built-in wardrobe and a Smart TV. This room also features an ensuite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower. Bedroom 3 This bedroom on the first floor has a super king size bed and built-in wardrobe. This bed can be split into two single beds on request, making this room ideal for a couple or friends. Bedroom 4 This bedroom is perfect for kids! It has two single bunk beds, a desk and an open wardrobe. OUTSIDE SPACE The large wraparound garden has a deck, lawn and dining area. The garden is fully enclosed with a keypad gate system providing privacy and a secure space for the kids to play. There is a driveway to the rear of the property with space to park two cars. There is also unrestricted parking on the street on a first come, first served basis. Public Transport The Laurels has excellent transport links, with a variety of buses available at Penn Hill (0.3 miles). The closest train station is Branksome (0.7 miles). Bournemouth Airport is just 20 minutes’ drive from this property.
