Company info

Jason & Sarah took over the Limes in July 2018 with their three sons. Our aim is to provide a relaxing, & comfortable rooms to all our guests. We thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, sharing experiences and offering suggestions in places to visit. Since taking over the Limes we have been busy with some refurbishments, we are in the process of creating a further two letting rooms, these will be situated on the ground floor. We hope to have these rooms ready by the end of June 2024. We are looking forward to all new refurbs in the near future!

Conservatory, After a long day walking why not take the opportunity to relax in our guest conservatory, where we have books to read, or simply just sit in comfort & enjoy the view. Wi-Fi: Make the most of our free Wi-Fi. Parking: We are lucky enough to have some off road parking which is situated at the rear of the property, in Taunton road. The car park can accommodate around seven vehicles & acts on a first come, first serve basis. There is parking in & around the property, and the roads have no restrictions. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER OFF ROAD PARKING TO ALL OF OUR GUESTS.

Neighborhood info

The Limes is situated in a residential area approximately 250 meters up a steep hill from Lower High Street. Therefore you have the bonus of being just a few minutes walk from all of the shops, bars & restaurants. Just a short stroll away is Swanage Pier & the beach which offers safe, clean bathing, dogs are not permitted from 30th April to 30th September. We have the benefit of enjoying some fine views across the bay from our front conservatory.
