This recently refurbished studio apartment features a large terrace, garden views and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and sitting room with a luxury double sofa bed, flatscreen tv and exposed beams leading through to a beautiful king size bedroom with built in wardrobe. The hallway has plenty of room and storage for shoes as well as a bar to sit for meals and another counter which can be used for extra seating or work station with views out on to the terrace. There is a spacious bathroom with more storage, modern shower, bathrobes and free toiletries. A welcome tea tray and biscuits will be provided on arrival and the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and ice maker. Quality interiors await you within a comfortable and relaxed setting with a private entrance and free parking for two cars.
I am married to Adrian and we have two grown up children. We love the outdoor life and are lucky to have many beautiful walks right on our doorstep. We love entertaining and our friends and family are very important to us. We also enjoy travelling both in the UK and abroad. We are generally available to assist with arranging days out and recommended walks and cycle trails. There is a map of the local area available in The Granary for guests use, along with our own tips and recommendations in the welcome pack.
The Granary is set just outside the lovely village of Hurstpierpoint which provides a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, bakers, delicatessen, greengrocers, butcher and some excellent coffee shops all set at the foot of the beautiful South Downs. Although the village has a bus service we are situated about 5 mins by car from the village centre. Nearby train services by car are either Hassocks or Burgess Hill (both 10 minutes) and Haywards Heath (15 minutes). Conveniently located 18 miles from London Gatwick Airport (20 minutes drive), the property is also very close to the famous Hickstead Showground (1 mile), Amex Stadium (12 miles), Brighton Dome (9.5 miles) and Brighton Pier (10 miles).
