The Lothian Road Residence is a delightful property in Edinburgh. This property is on the third floor and is only accessible by by a spiral staircase which, in places, is uneven - no lift access is available. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area for an additional fee. The nearest private car park is the NCP on Castle Terrace. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have booked for six or less guests, there will be an additional fee for the provision of the sofa bed. Please note Wi-Fi at this property is complementary.
