Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. Open stairs to the second floor. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, dressing table and hanging space. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 car. Large decked area at first floor level with seating and table. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Please note The Old Concert Room is located above the Alnmouth Servicemans Club and due to the access may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, the young or infirm. Barbecues are not permitted. Note: Due to the access to the apartment, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility so please bear this in mind when booking. Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea.
