The Old School Cottage is a wonderful, attached barn conversion, within the grounds of the owner's home and set in the rural Dorset hamlet of Tincleton and can sleep four people. Oil-fired central heating with radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. ‘Zappi’ electric car charging point for cottage use - (Modest charges applied at end of stay). Shared lawned garden with sitting area, patio and furniture. Small BBQ/fire-pit. Two well-behaved dogs or other pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. There are two convenience stores 2.5 miles from the cottage. Tincleton is a tiny hamlet in Dorset, nestled in a beautiful rural setting within the valley of the River Frome. The hamlet is just five miles east of the county town of Dorchester which has many shops and attractions to discover.
