Golf courses, super restaurants, quirky coffee shops + brewery are only a short stroll away. Recently converted into 4 light & airy houses, this stylish & comfortable 2 bedroom house includes a private entrance, enclosed secure garden and 2 private parking spaces. Many attractions within the area plus an easy drive to St. Andrews, Edinburgh, Fife's stunning East Neuk, Falkland & Perth to name but a few. The Space - Compact mid terraced house/bungalow within the Old School House building which has direct access via the rear of the building through its own private West facing (fully enclosed & secure) garden. The 2 private car parking spaces are also to the rear of the property. Number of Guests - Please note, the accommodation is suitable for up to 5 guests - we suggest 3/4 adults maximum but suitable for up to 5 guests for families with young children.

Our ‘home from home’ is located in a residential area, a quiet spot but only a short walk to access Loch Leven Castle & Heritage Trail (popular with walkers & cyclists of all ages & abilities) plus eateries such as The Kirklands, The Courthouse, Cafe 98, Unorthodox Roasters coffee. Heaven Scent & Loch Leven’s Larder (with gift shop, play park & beautiful views across the Loch) are a short drive away & definitely worth visiting. Kinross is known as the heart of Scotland due to its central location which also makes it an excellent base for discovering other parts of our beautiful country. The M90 is only a 5 minute drive from Kinross & Edinburgh Airport is 30 minutes by car. The following villages / cities/ attractions are within an easy drive... Aberdour, Silver Sands Beach, Falkland, Culross, Perth, Linlithgow, Edinburgh, Queensferry Crossing / The Forth Rail Bridge, The Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, Fife, St. Andrews, Dundee, Pitlochry plus many more. For Kids: Muddy Boots, Deep Sea World, Craigies Farm, Little World of Play, Lochore Meadows, Willowbrae Activity Centre, Silversands Beach, Cairnie Fruit Farm, Scone Palace with play park + lots more within easy reach by car.
