The Old Stable is a perfect hideaway for 2. It is a self catering property and has everything you may need. It has underfloor heating in the conservatory and lounge. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven with induction hob. Microwave, WIFI, wet room. All sheets and bedding provided. There is a patio area with sunlongers provided. A barbecue is available. It is a brand new conversion with all mod cons.
Hi, We are the Ellis family. We live on site at the top of the garden and the Old Stable is at the bottom of the garden. The whole property is set on 1 acre of land. Paul has built the whole property on the land. He started in 1977 when he practised on the stable. He has since built the house and a double garage with games room above. It has been a 40 year ongoing project of love. The stable conversion was completed in 2017 and we have been letting it out for holidays since and we love doing it.
It has amazing sea views and is set between 2 fields with Telscombe Tye immediately to the right of the property. It is close to Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne. It has lovely walks with the Seven Sisters close by, The South Downs Way and the seafront. There is a good bus service and it is 45 mins form Gatwick airport. The nearest train station is Brighton with a bus stop outside coming out to the area.
