The parlour is set in very peaceful location of 4 properties surrounded by pasture fields. The garden which is for sole use of the guest, has an outside kitchen with all you will need to cook great meals, with views across the valley towards pencarrow estate. Inside you will have sky tv (all channels) Underfloor heating Nespresso coffee maker Kitchenette Shower room
From the parlour you can walk to 2 pubs and there is a village shop. Walking is very accessible without any need to drive. If you would like to explore Cornwall the north and south coasts are approximately a 25 minute drive with wadebridge and Bodmin 10 minutes away by car.
