The cottage was lovely. The only things we would say is we didn’t find any egg cups, plus the futon isn’t comfortable.Apart from that a lovely place to stay

We accidentally arrived very early but we were made to feel very welcome. The property is yards from the harbour. Lympstone is a gem of a old fishing village. Wandering around was a delight. We took the train from Lympstone to Dawlish Warren...

A cosy south facing cottage with plenty of natural light. The unique living area blends simple living with a restful atmosphere. The kitchen has a very French look with copper saucepans and a Belfast sink complimenting the wooden surfaces and original 19th century furniture. The main bedroom retains the original beams and wooden floors and has a comfy double bedstead. The small bedroom has a wrought iron day bed with trundle. The bathroom has a small bath and a shower.
This charming, quaint little cottage is a short walk from Lympstone harbour, where you can soak up the atmosphere of this estuary village. There is still a fisherman today who goes out and catches fish to sell on Thursdays at the harbour. The excellent local pubs provide food and a Michelin star restaurant is in the village too.
