The Pines consists of a kitchen with a gas oven, electric hob, fridge/ freezer, a dining area for eight people, a utility with a washing machine, a sitting room with a gas fire and TV, a sitting room, a study, and a cinema. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, two doubles and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, hot tub and off-road parking for 4 cars. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.4, a canal. Steam railways with regular excursions are available at Embsay and Bolton Abbey, and the Leeds to Liverpool Canal passes through Skipton with the 1 mile long Foulridge Tunnel and the 5-rise locks at Bingley within a short travel.
