A day exploring the many delights of Hadrian’s Wall shouldn’t be missed and a little further afield will take you to the Heritage Coastline, as well as the castles of Alnwick, Warkworth, Dunstunburgh and Bamburgh. For those who prefer staying closer to home, Humshaugh has a great pub serving quality food and real ales, an award-winning shop and weekly visits from a fish and chip van!
