The property is a detached self-contained apartment. It has one large bedroom, private bathroom and an open plan living area and kitchen. It has views over Kinlochleven village to the mountains and has direct access to a path connecting to the West Highland Way walking track and to the Grey Mare's Tail waterfall.
Kinlochleven lies at the end of a long sea loch and is surrounded by some of the most scenic mountains of the West Coast. To the south is Glencoe and to the north are the Mamores and Ben Nevis. It is a stopping point between perhaps the best two days of the West Highland Way long distance walking track. There are endless opportunities for hill walking, climbing of all grades, mountain, gravel and road cycling, skiing, sailing and sea kayaking. Nearby are picturesque villages, the towns of Oban and Fort William and remote beaches with silver sands.
