Property details: Forming part of a large Villa, this studio was recreantly refurbished and offer a great place for 1person or a couple who wants to stay in the area for short or long stays. there is NO access to other parts of the house, only the studio. The train station is 5 minutes walk, and the beach is also 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes drive to the A27. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes within few minutes walk. Many guest prefer to stay here and then take the bus to the centre of Brighton. Please let us know your arrival time so we can get to the house and wait for you to check you in. No check in after 8pm. The flat is on the ground floor with it's own private access. Parking available for One SMALL car. Size of VW Gulf or similar. If you coming by electric car, there is a street EV charger nearby.

There is a good range of cafes, pubs and restaurants in Station road. Big Tesco is 4 minutes walk and the seafront is down the road.
