Our Shepherds Huts have been hand built in 2024 and feature their own raised decks with out door baths, complete with privacy screens. They are situated in a fenced garden area and have access to a covered patio and gas BBQ and an additional area with a firepit. These Shepherds Huts have a full ensuite, kitchen, double bed, Freeview TV and Starling internet access, along with indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas.

Joyce and Alan are delighted to introduce their new project with The Swift and The Swallow. Bee Happy Breaks Scotland Ltd has hosted guests in The Hive since 2023 and due to demand we have expanded to our 2 hand built Shepherds Huts within our grounds. The Shepherds Huts are custom built so both slightly different, both boast a unique feature of an OUTDOOR BATH on the decking. Full privacy screens are provided. We love hosting our guests and are delighted at the huge range of international and British/Scottish travellers who have stayed.

Stanley is a very historic village and a gateway to the Highlands. Most area of Scotland are accessible in less than 2 hours. There are numerous local golf courses that allow day playing and we're not far from Gleneagles. Stanley was built to house the workers of the local Mill which is now operated by Scottish Historic Scotland and has a museum, there are river walks from it along The Tay. The Hive at Seonaidbheag is located 1 mile from the village centre which has 2 shops, Pharmacy and award winning butcher, hotel, pub and bowling club, carryout food can be ordered from The Tayside Hotel. Stewart Towers award winning ice cream is also produced and available 1.5 miles from us. Active Kids Adventure Park and Cafe are situated just outside the village. Perth is 8 miles away and has excellent links by road, rail and bus to all Scottish cities. 8 miles in the opposite direction takes you to Blairgowrie and access to to Royal Deeside and Glenshee ski area. Cairngorm National Park and ski area are approximately 1.5 hours away.
