Prior to buying the Hotel in June 2025, i spent 20 years in software industry. I enjoy working with the Public, and i hope when you stay with us, that will be very evident. I do all of the Hotels renovations, as i enjoy DIY, and since owning the hotel, we have refurbished all of our 15 rooms. The hotel is a Family run business.

Bed & Breakfast, which consists of a self service breakfast bar, with a choice of cereals,, fruit juice, toast, Tea and Coffee, plus a Full Cooked English Breakfast, which consists of Sausage, Bacon, Beans, Mushrooms cooked in Butter, Hash Browns, and a choice of Eggs. (Fried, Poached or Scrambled). Licensed Bar, FREE WIFI, Located close to the seafront, shops, theatre's and bars. All 15 rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, we provide complimentary Teabags, Coffee sachets, milk and sugar in the rooms. All rooms have Flat Screen colour TV's with Free view. We have 13 En-suite rooms available, and 2 standard rooms with shared shower & toilet facilities. Late Keys, Our market is Couples and Families with Children only. We do not accept Stag or Hen Parties, Young Farmers, all Male or Female groups, we do not accept Pier on the Pier Music Festival Guests or Pier Jam Festival Guests. Maximum group size is 5 people, all must be over the age of 30 years old, any larger groups, must speak to the Hotel first before booking. To check that we are happy to accommodate the booking. Please note Check in times Monday to Saturday are from 14.00 pm - 19.00 pm. Sunday Check in times are from 14.00 pm -16.00 pm. We do not allow check ins after these times, no exceptions. Please note that our bar is only open when the property is booked for full house stays, and opening hours may vary. There are many nearby bars and pubs that our guests enjoy visiting them. If after booking your reservation, you need to Amend/Modify your booking, or Cancel your booking, please DO NOT message the hotel to action this for you, as we do not have access to your booking account, and cannot action any of these requests. Please always contact your booking agent and they will action any such requests for you.

We are situated only a few doors up from the World famous Funny Girls show bar, also we are situated only 2 minutes walk from Blackpool's Gay village. We are also only situated 5 minutes walk from all of Blackpool's other nightlife, bars, clubs, and theatres. We are only situated about 5 minutes walk from the town center for all of Blackpool's shops.
