IMPORTANT Welcome to our guest house. We don't have a 24-hour reception and check-in, so please get in touch with us with your approximate arrival time. On a TUESDAY, check-in is before 12 noon or after 5 pm. Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, and we do not have any ground-floor rooms or a lift. From 2023, we will offer is ROOM ONLY Breakfast can be purchased at the guest house by contacting the Warwick either on your booking page or directly with us before you arrive for a surcharge. If you do have any dietary requests, please advise us before your stay. Rooms booked here will be non-en-suite and will be on the 2nd floor. Upgrades to en-suite rooms are available at a supplement. Please contact the Guest House directly regarding availability. You will receive an email as soon as you have booked. We have a large lounge but no Bar licence, you are welcome to bring in your own drinks and put them in the lounge chiller. Takeaways may be brought in but must be eaten in the dining room. Free use of a LOCAL HEALTH AND LEISURE CLUB 3 MINS WALK ON THE PROMENADE is available for guests staying 2 nights or more. This is NOT ON-SITE. If you wish to use these facilities. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. You must give us a time of arrival and keep us informed of any delays; otherwise, we may not be in to welcome you when you arrive.

Sue & John have run The Warwick since August 2006 and have improved the property to gain a 4 star rating with a breakfast award for the last 16 years. We hope to meet customers expectation, we are not a Hotel but a B&B with those constraints. We pride ourselves on Quality and Service, but we are only human just like you, so do bear with us. If you have any special requirements do let us know and we will try to accommodate them. We are only a phone call away.

We are situated between Lord St and the Promenade, close to other B&Bs and local amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and general sightseeing attractions. THOSE WISHING TO USE THE LEISURE FACILITIES PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE NOT ON SITE BUT A 3-MINUTE WALK AWAY (Please bring your own towels to use)
