Hi, Thank you for looking at The Wee Cottage for your break/holiday. Our 'wee' place is an old cottage that has been in our family for more than 25 years, we have all lived there at some point! Its a cosy wee place that we hope to have made as comfortable and welcoming as we could. Although on the smaller size it does boast two living areas, one with a wood burning stove and kitchen and the other with a flat screen telly and a squishy sofa. Parking is right outside and we have a small grassed area across the car park (we don't dare call it a garden but you can sit out in it in the sun) The cottage sits on the A82 in the middle of our village, great for getting everywhere in any direction......Skye, The West Coast & Aviemore can all be done in a day, but at 90 degrees to the road with no windows overlooking it directly. The road (and village) can be busy during the day but quieter in the evenings. We know our neighbours, everyone has been there a long time and they are a friendly lot. Fiddlers restaurant & bar is nearly next door, just the lovely gift shop between us and them. From April to October (ish) they offer great food, cold beer and a huge selection of whisky to tempt you.
