Nestled in a vibrant town famous as the home of golf as well as its historic charm and stunning coastal views, our modern bed and breakfast offers a refreshing Scandi vibe, combining simplicity and elegance. Our home is located on a quiet residential street, approx. 10 -15 minutes’ walk from the town centre, where you will find a great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a variety of shops. It is also approx. 10 minutes’ walk to the East Sands beach. Continental breakfast is included. We aim to provide a high quality bed and breakfast offering in a relaxed and informal environment. Our four beautifully designed rooms are arranged as either doubles or twins to provide guests with choice and flexibility. Each room is equipped with a television, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. A delicious continental breakfast is included and is served in our kitchen/diner. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden which has a choice of seating and tables. Please note, we have a cat. She is quite old and a little shy, but friendly. She is never allowed in guest bedrooms, but she does have access to shared spaces such as the hallway, dining room and garden.

We love visiting other countries and finding out a bit about the people we meet on our travels. We enjoy welcoming new people from around the world to our home and getting to know a little bit about our guests during their stay. We have visitors from very diverse countries due to golf, the university and history of the area.

St Andrews is not only the 'home of golf', but is also home to the oldest university in Scotland. It has a beautiful old town centre with narrow cobbled lanes and quirky stone houses, the ruins of the old cathedral and a castle. Coffee shops bars, and independent shops are plentiful and offer a wide choice of food and drink. The 2 beaches offer clean sands and clear water for relaxing, swimming or simply strolling and enjoying the views.
