The Marina has all you need for a relaxing stay in nature but so close to all amenities like an Asda superstore 10 mins stroll from the property as well as a Cinema,Casino,Bowling alley,many varied restaurants from Nandos to Turkish,scenic undercliff seaside walk as well as the amazing sea wall walk surrounding the whole Marina.You can do as much or as little as you like in buzzing Brighton town a 20 mins bus’s ride away or cycle on the rental bikes down to the promenade swimming pool and sauna complex ..Don’t forget sundowner drinks on the bijou patio deck facing the sunset at the property at the end of your day .

Brighton known as little London by the sea has a buzz and feel that’s quite unique.Stroll round the iconic historical North Laines with all the eclectic little shops selling quirky items you won’t see anywhere else,coffee shops,art house cinema (Komedia) gourmet eateries from burger to Cornish pasty to Empanadas and Thai street food together with the usual favorites..Ivy Asia and many others.Most high street shops are here plus a new IKEA at the Churchill shopping center all easily reachable by No 7 or 1X buses directly from the Marina door to door. Also rent a Beryl bike from the same spot,near the bus stop and multi storey free car park,and cycle directly from Marina along promenade to the new outdoor swimming pool and sauna complex a short ride towards Brighton. Within the Marina itself you have Cinema,Casino,David Lloyd Gym,Hairdressers and a multitude of waterside restaurants from Nandos to Turkish as well as a Wetherspoons pub with outdoor terraces. Take your dog to the seaside directly either side of the Marina along long coastal walks under the cliffs to Rottingdean or the other direction to Brighton.Kayaks can be rented from Hatt adventures at the far Eastern side of Marina near the Ships Chandlers.
