Southwick is a charming, historic village with beautiful old buildings and a welcoming community that loves a friendly chat in the village square. One of the highlights of living here is the proximity to the sea—the fresh, salty air and daily walks across the locks to the beach near Carats Café are simply unbeatable. On low tide days, we sometimes gather mussels from the rocks for dinner, and the ever-changing sky provides a breathtaking view. The area is perfect for both relaxation and convenience. Transport links are excellent, with flat paths for easy walking or cycling along the coast, as well as fast, regular rail and bus connections. The roads are well-connected, and parking is mostly free in the neighborhood. For your convenience, you’ll also have a private parking space right in front of the TinyHome. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the commercial and fishing locks, as well as the beach promenade—a perfect balance for both contractors looking for a restful stay and visitors seeking a peaceful seaside escape.
