“Very well located close to Bala , 15 min walk , the cottage has excellent facilities and was filled with tea, Coffee, milk and cake. Just a great set up with everything you need. Even a Weber BBQ.”

A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 4 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres of the property which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.
