The house comprises of an open kitchen, dinner and lounge area. The bathroom is also situated on the ground floor with a walk in shower and WC. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly refurbished. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms. A double bedroom with wardrobe space and storage. A second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe space and storage. The third room consists of bunk beds, wardrobe space and storage. A travel cot is also available. A small patio and seating area outside enables you to enjoy your lovely surroundings, with a picnic bench for eating outside. On arrival there will be tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits available for a welcome drink. We also supply toilet roll, washing up liquid, and dishcloth, to see you through your first couple of days. There is a small shop on site. Asda supermarket is situated in Hayle, just over a mile away. Free WIFI is available at the host, together with a DVD player, a selection of children's DVD's and games. Please note, whilst we do provide bedding and pillows. You will need to supply your own bed linen and towels.

I am lucky enough to grow up in Cornwall, and have been able to recently move back after some time away. My 3 children have grown up at Tolroy Manor, we have so many lovely memories of the park and of Hayle. It has been a dream come true to move back and to watch more generations of families enjoying their holiday time together. I love hosting, I know how important it is to get away and have a break from your normal routine. For me, it feels so special to be able to be a part of that journey.

Tolroy Manor is such a great place with lots to do for the family set in lovely woods. The house is such a great base to go and explore Cornwall, or if you prefer to stay on site, there are plenty of activities for all the family, which include access to the swimming pool, mini golf course, tennis courts and entertainment. Hayle itself is roughly a mile away from the site. Hayle is a great town with all the facilities you will need for your stay. It's a great town to be based, with lots of facilities and amenities. The top tourist attractions include: Hayle beach- boasts 3 miles of amazing coastline, taking in Gwithian beach and St Ives bay. Godrevy Lighthouse- on the edge of Hayle, is a must visist with dramatic views. Hayle Estuary- popular for birdwatching and is home to a wide variety of bird.
