Welcome to the annexe of our family home, a historic converted stables, quietly yet conveniently situated on the edge of a village (served by bus and train) between Truro and Falmouth. There is a private entrance, large studio bedroom with full kitchen, TV and a table, and a separate mezzanine sitting area up a spiral staircase with access to the shower room and a sofa bed (for children by prior arrangement please). The space is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Due to the spiral staircase, sadly not suitable for very young children (under 5) or those with mobility difficulties. No dogs, sorry.
We have lived in the area for 7 years now, having made Cornwall our home from Sheffield. I love running and enjoying the outdoors. My husband Ben and I combine busy jobs with family life and look forward to sharing this beautiful spot. We are happy to advise on anything local.
We are on the edge of a village with a shop and there are 2 pubs easily walkable which serve good food. It is a quiet area, surrounded by trees and birdsong but with easy access to the main Truro-Falmouth road. Both of these towns easily reached in 10-15 mins. Trelissick (NT) just over 10 mins. Porthtowan (favourite N coast beach) approx 20 mins. Falmouth beach (Gylly) 15 mins.
