As well as this they are always on the end of the phone if guests should ever need anything during their stay. The Cornish Holiday Company are about to host overseas properties as well which are exciting times for them.

If you are searching for stunning coastal walks, dog-friendly, self-catering accommodation then look no further than Trevarthian. This spacious four bedroom property couldn’t be positioned in a better location for Polzeath Beach as it is only a three minute walk away including shops, restaurants and watering holes. It is also a wonderful haven to enjoy unforgettable sunsets whilst soothing the body and relaxing the mind after a possible day of surfing.

Neighborhood info

As well as the main beach of Polzeath there is also the smaller, more secluded beach called New Polzeath which is easily accessible. From this side of the beach there is a coastal path showing off more fabulous views. Polzeath is close to Port Isaac, well known for the TV series Doc Martin. For walkers there is a nice easy 2-mile walk from Polzeath beach to nearby Daymer Bay and Rock, which sit at the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Whilst at Rock it is possible to catch the ferry across to Padstow to discover this fishing village along with well known restaurants.
