There is a refundable damage deposit of GBP 250 require for this property. However if the main guest booking the property is aged 21-25 and a GBP of 400 is require, we do also require this amount for certain times of the year especially during festivals like farmers weekend or Pier Jam. Minimum check in age is 21. **You should be reimbursed within 14 business days of check-out.Monday to Friday. Your deposit would be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. If no issues have occurred this includes no damages, no additional unpaid for guests arrived, didn’t breach the capacity of the property which is fifteen. If you breach this or any issues occur full deposit will be forfeited. Numbers can not be reduced within 30 days of stay. *Guests who live in the Blackpool area must notify us after booking to confirm they are local, as all local bookings are subject to owner approval GBP of 300 is required for locals
