Beautiful newly built 4 and 5 bedroom homes, completed in summer 2024 situated on a private gated development of just 4 properties. Soak up the panoramic sea views of the Solent. Situated less than 75m from the beach, Monterey is the place to relax and soak in the stunning sea views and sunsets from the decking or relax in the hot tub overlooking the gardens (supplemental) Play garden games with family and friends on the large lawns or explore the local area only a stones throw from Cowes old town with its boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, marinas and yacht clubs.
Interior designer and busy Mum of 2, loving anything interiors and architecture. I enjoy sailing in Cowes and love to travel and find new places alongside sympathetically restoring our Grade 11 Listed home. I want to share with you some of the best kept locations on the beautiful Isle of Wight and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
Set within an exclusive gated enclave of just four homes, this property enjoys an elevated position close to the coast, offering beautiful sea views.
