No. Twenty Spottiswoode is just a mile from the town centre, Old Course, and beaches, set in a peaceful suburban spot. Recently refurbished to an excellent standard, this immaculate property features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own full shower room, spread across two floors. The open-plan living area leads to a rear garden accessible from the kitchen-diner, with plenty of onsite parking and an electric vehicle charging point for convenience. There’s also an office space or kids’ breakaway room for those who need to work during their stay. The main bedroom boasts a super king bed that can be split into twins for larger golf groups if needed. It’s truly a home away from home.

Primarily a residential neighbourhood, locate a block from M&S and Aldi supermarkets, lots of open space and very quiet and relaxing.
