A part converted and extended 1924 ‘Dennis Motor Coach’ now providing a unique one bedroom character home with glorious valley and sea views towards St Ives, set in established gardens with driveway parking. An unusual and fascinating opportunity to stay in a complete one off. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Low ceiling heights in parts of the house. Porthtowan is a small village on the North Cornish Coast. Great for surfing, walking the coast path, or just lying on the beach!
Located in a quiet area on a private no through road. Sitting on the cliff above Porthtowan beach with immediate access to the coast path and down to the beach and village.
