Waingate Cottage is a detached farmhouse near to Flookburgh in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms which are made up of two doubles and two twins as well as a separate bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and to the property location, please be advised that the WIFI connection is slow. Set in a stunning location, Waingate Cottage is a great place to visit at any time in the year.

The historic village of Flookburgh is set near the shores of Morecambe Bay on the outskirts of the magnificent Lake District. Flookburgh was a popular resting point for travellers crossing the sands from Lancaster and still provides a home for cockle and shrimp fishers. Facilities in the village include two pubs, a grocery, a chemist, a Post Office and two food outlets.
