Waterside is a place of calm and tranquillity , accessed only by a private driveway down to the waters edge.The exclusive accommodation has uninterrupted views of the spectacular village of Alnmouth village and the magnificent Northumberland coastline, designated as an area of natural outstanding beauty. The cottages are very close tp the coastline cycle route. Bikes can be hired and dropped off at an additional fee.
Alnmouth and Warkworth are the neighbouring villages which have numerous eating places and pubs. They are a 5 minute drive in the car or a 25 minute walk along the cycle path. Alnwick is a lovely market town which has lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and the fantastic Alnwick gardens and castle. There is a train station nearby (5 minutes in the car) and this is the East Coast line and has direct links to Newcastle and Edinburgh. There are numerous buses which go directly to Alnwick and Warkworth. You are also based right next to a great cycle path which runs to Alnmouth and Warkworth.
