Lesley and Jonathon Seed offer high quality Bed and Breakfast and self catering accommodation at their home in rural Wiltshire. The B&B is in a separate wing of the house to our family accommodation. Wayside is conveniently located close to the A342 but is a quiet rural property on a smallholding and guests have access to our own private woodland. Private off road parking is available for both B&B and lodge guests. As a small family business we are able to be very flexible and respond to your needs in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible and you will be treated as guests of the house. All the bedrooms are private with either en-suite facilities or a private bathroom. Room sizes vary from the large family room with balcony, the medium sized twin room with private bathroom to the smaller double ensuite room. There is a combined reception and breakfast room but we do not offer a separate sitting room. The reception breakfast table is available for guests to use as a work table in the evenings. All bedrooms also have their own fridge freezer and microwave and these are ideal for longer stay residents. Wayside is well known for its comfortable but "non fussy" accommodation with a separate B&B access to the main house for guests. We welcomes long stay residents and have long and successful experience in looking after very long stay business guests.. Breakfasts are a real treat with wonderfully fresh eggs laid by our own rare breed free range hens at Wayside together with locally sourced sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. cereals, toast, fresh juice, fresh coffee or tea together with local preserves add to the morning feast. All rooms have free broadband wifi. The house is centrally heated and all rooms have colour television and coffee making equipment. Several hundred acres of Forestry Commission amenity land in Pondmoor Woods is within a pleasant 500m walk.
