This cosy annex is just 15 minute walk from Wolverhampton City centre and Molineux Stadium, offering easy accessibility to local amenities including The Grand Theatre, The Halls, museums, art galleries, theatres, shopping centres, music & entertainment venues and nightlife The annex is opposite a beautiful Victorian park, with a variety of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note the double-bed is a raised bed with storage underneath. Access on/off the bed is by 2 steps at either end of the bed, as per photographs, There are also foot- support steps built into the bed that can be used to get up/down. The second bed is a small single size fold out Z-bed, ideally for children/teens. The annex can accommodate up to 3 guests with this additional fold-out bed. If you require the additional bed set up, please let us know before your arrival. For bookings of 2 people or less, a 5 pound additional fee applies payable in cash or bank transfer(Booking. com cannot facilitate this payment, so must be paid directly to the host). For a booking of 3 guests this is already included in the price. The Annex does not have facilities infants, however you are able to bring a baby travel cot etc. The EV charging station is not located on the property. It is a public EV charging point less than a 2 minute walk. Unfortunately we cannot accept 3rd party bookings.
