Extremely spacious ground floor apartment for couples within an old converted cornish stone barn. Large living, Dining and Kitchen area with wooden floors, really comfy sofas and wood burning stove. Fabulous new kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, freezer and dishwasher. 6ft super kingsize bed. Luxurious bathroom with large shower, corner whirlpool bath, heated towel rail. Delightful sunny private patio area which is set around a lovely courtyard with 4 other properties.
I am a Cornish lady who loves her county and has lots of local information to share with her guests. I also love the coastal paths, beaches and enjoy cycling. You will often get a waft of delicious baking coming from the farmhouse here at Callestock as I live on site. I bake fresh scones every changeover day for my guests who get treated to a Cornish Cream Tea on their arrival. We also have a gorgeous herd of Jersey Cows and the delicious milk is sent to Roddas Creamery and is used to make their yummy Cornish Clotted Cream.
We are situated in a quiet and peaceful rural location, but we are close to the stunning north Cornish Coast with its beautiful beaches and coastal paths, perfect for escaping and exploring beautiful Cornwall. Also close to the cathedral city of Truro and Falmouth. Lovely location which is ideal for cycling, local cycle routes on doorstep.
