Steve and Anna have been running this family Guest House for 29 years with many guests returning year after year , I took over the Guest House from my Grandparents Reg and Lill stride who started The White Guest House in 1962 we still have guests returning that remember my grandparents We are very proud of our Guest House. We recommend that you do the Mayor of Bath’s free walking tour of the city (this takes 2 hours ) It gives you a lot of knowledge of the city , also put your walking boots on for the Bath sky line walk which takes you around the hills of Bath (about 6k taking 3hours) highly recommended ,or a stroll along the tranquil Kennet and Avon canal to the George at Bathampton for light refreshments. We have a great choice of several local pubs to enjoy good food and local ales /ciders Cheers! Best location and place to stay in Bath!

Situated within a 7 minute walk to the city and all of Baths famous attractions with its stunning Roman and Georgian Architecture, Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Royal Crescent, Thermae Spa .are all a must to see. The city offers excellent shopping and restaurants along with a lot of independent and boutique shops .It’s a lovely walk into the city passing the Bath cricket grounds, crossing the river Avon and you are in the city. All our rooms are en-suite with hair dryers tv’s, complimentary drinks tray with various teas, coffee’s, hot chocolate and biscuits also Free WI-FI internet access. Bath now has a CLEAN AIR ZONE if you are arriving by car this is fine but if you are arriving by VAN- CAMPERVAN-and any other high emission vehicle you will be charged Please go to beta bathnes gov uk website for information. (If possible please arrive by train or bus as OUR COUNCIL HAVE APPLIED AN ON STREET PARKING CHARGE OF 17.10 GBP per day 12am to 12 am (not making it easy for guests) WE recommend that you park in at the CRICKET CLUB car park this is a 2 mins walk away and you can pay from the time you arrive until the time you depart making it cheaper to park . we are sorry for this it is our of our hands
