For the ground-floor studio: Spacious studio with a large kitchen area Fast Wi-Fi, central heating and constant hot water Free parking available Quiet and spacious studio ideal for business travelers Ebike available to hire (deposit required) We provide basic cookware for our guests. Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that. Mail/Parcel Delivery: Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender. For the studio - split level, There is a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and the kitchen/dining area downstairs. You have access to the whole apartment. In the kitchen is a monitor, NOT a TV. There is a storage room that is locked (we might need to access it occasionally but we will always check with you before). It's only a storage room, no one else is staying there. It's NOT a bedroom - just storage.

Nice neighbourhood The house is located off the main road around the corner, which is perfect if you don't want to be disturbed by daytime noise. One minute walk away is a large park where people are always going for a jog. 10 mins walk to Leagrave train station, 20 min drive to Luton Airport and 40 min travel into London St Pancras. Just a 1-minute walk from all the local shops and restaurants: - West Indian - Chinese - Fish'n Chips (Take Away) - 2 very nice Indian restaurants - Greggs Bakery - Tesco supermarket - ALDI supermarket There is also a post office.
