Take a break and unwind in this beautiful 3 bedroom detached house, located in semi rural surroundings between Chichester and Bognor Regis. Master bedroom features en suite. Second is standard double Third bedroom is a small (4ft) double. Newly fitted family bathroom. Stunning through lounge diner with patio doors leading onto secluded rear garden. Perfect for access to Goodwood festivals, Fontwell, Arundel as well as the award winning beaches at the Witterings and Bognor Regis sea front.

Willowbank is a delightfully appointed 3 bedroom detached house conveniently positioned in a residential area away from the main road. Off road parking for up to 3 cars. North Bersted shops and eateries a couple of minutes walk. Butlins, the Pier and the beach plus town centre all about 5 mins drive. University campus about 6 mins. 15 minutes to Chichester Town Centre, Goodwood about 20 mins. Historic Arundel and Portsmouth both about 25 minutes drive.
