This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor pool with flume, a sauna and steam room, a mini gym, nature trail, tennis, crazy golf, multi sports court, an amusement arcade and more to keep the whole family entertained. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. The park has a restaurant and a café. There is an evening entertainment program as well as a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In addition you will find 4 fishing lakes, pedalos, kart hire and play parks. This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. This is a luxury holiday home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher. It has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Table and chairs for 6 people inside for a cozy family meal. Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking There are 3 bedrooms: The first with a King bed, ensuite bath room, and plenty of storage space The 2nd has a Double bed, The 3rd has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space and smart TVs There is an additional family shower room with large walk in shower. Bedlinen for all beds are provided as well as towels.Towels must be kept inside, please bring your own towels for swimming. We also provide Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. We allow 1 small dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedrooms and must be kept on a lead outside. There is a 30 fee per dog paid after booking.

South of Cirencester and north of Swindon the Cotswold Water Park covers just over 40 square miles. The whole area which is made up of 150 different lakes, a series of lovely old Cotswold villages, and the infant Thames is a haven for a wonderful array of wildlife and leisure activities. EV charging stations are available to use in the Hoburne main car park.
