Nature lovers will enjoy a wealth of birdlife and wildlife here. In spring, the wildflowers are overwhelming, in winter the skies are superb. The boardwalk and country lane walks take you over to the White Eagle at Rhoscolyn for lunch - enjoy the excellent food and breathtaking views. There is a beautiful organic farm and nature spot on the way with Welsh Black cattle, ponds and wildlife treats. The owner will share this with a tour for a small donation to Wales Wildlife Trust. Holyhead mountain is close by, so too South Stack lighthouse and the RSPB Elin’s Tower. Spot those famous puffins - an absolute must on the “bucket” list. The A55 is a few minutes drive to whisk you across the Island to Snowdonia in 35 minutes.
