The staff were excellent in all departments and tried to maintain high standards for customers satisfaction.. Even during a power cut in the evening when it was dark, due to a tornado,, the staff were helpful and professional, did not panic and dealt well in the situation. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.

Ooh, loved it here as it is so well appointed and maintained, yet in a low key way. Communication with the owner was good, and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making people's stay as comfortable as can be. Really enjoyed our stay here and it was quiet too.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was given a late check out to accommodate the last minute delays of the ferry to Dublin at no extra cost. I was so looked after at breakfast (I'm gluten and dairy free). Nothing was too much trouble. This fab hotel will be my regular layover now!

Absolute gem!! Staff were so genuinely friendly and chatty. Have stayed in numerous places recently and this was probably the cheapest but surprisingly the best. Bed was super comfy and didn't want to get up. Food was amazing and place just clean and felt like home. Premises is a family run community based premises and every effort is taken to make you feel welcome. Stay was perfect. Am in another inn tonight which cost more and comes no where near. Thank you Stephen for being a fabulous host.

Very clean, excellent young staff, good food. A good place to stay if you’re touring. The immediate location has good facilities, shops and restaurants, but it’s not attractive at all. There is a large free car park.

Y Fali is an excellent location for RAF vally, Treardurr bay and many more locations. Lots to see and do. Visit Melin Llynon windmill! Sealife centre. And more! Beautiful island, beautiful people, wonderful language! Dont forget to pop into Stermat!!!

We were given a room in the annexe which is usually kept for...

We were given a room in the annexe which is usually kept for workers who are in Anglesey.It was a very poor room no storage for clothes small toilet /shower room cleanliness was not good the whole place needs a revamp both inside and out . This hotel is not worth the £450 we paid for 3 nights inc breakfast and your company should do more to check these places out prior to recommending them,we had no mirror in the bedroom no hot towel rail in toilet or indeed any place to put wet towels our stay was a complete disaster and we will not stay there again even the kettle had a dead fly in it

The room and food was very good. Lovely outdoor area. Evening meal was tasty and service excellent. Breakfast was good but not a lot of choice. No pastries or fruit. Tea was a teabag in a cup and thermos of hot water. Would have liked a teapot on the table. Friendly staff and nice and clean.

Great location for access to Holyhead port.

Great location for access to Holyhead port. Not far from Snowdonia NP. Friendly staff, very clean and good family size rooms. Good breakfast choices. First time in this location, as a stopover to and from Ireland via car ferry. Planning to come back to this part of N. Wales for a proper explore. Next year or thereafter, it's definitely on the must see more of list. 🏞️🌅🌄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The hotel is not in a great area, its okay for a base if...

The hotel is not in a great area, its okay for a base if your out traveling, there is nothing around there that was worth looking at,, the concrete parking lot is very unwelcoming.. the heating in room 1 does not work, hotel wasn't bothered if it worked or not..breakfast okay...no vegan alternatives. The food in restaurant was okay..this hotel is just okay..it does lack a welcoming atmosphere...good thing dogs are welcome

The ferry was late arriving back to Hollyhead so the shiort drive to the Hotel was perfect, plenty of parking , quick check in to a lovely , comfortable, clean dog friendly room . Welcomed throughout with our Dog 🐕, lovely locals in the bar told us about a local woodland walk with a secret beach 3 miles aways .. Full English Breakfast delicious 😋 Lovely local housekeeping staff wished us a safe journey home 🏡

Location was fab for exploring Anglesea. Cottage was very clean and beds really comfortable. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Location very quiet. Gardens were kept well, enclosed and very safe. There was a house next door very close but didn't here a thing. The village of valley had a good chippy and shops. All you needed you could get. Plenty of space at the front of the property for parking.

Huge bed, so comfy! Spacious modern room and bathroom, with huge fluffy towels. Plenty of drinks, biscuits... always a treat, and bottles of water. Definitely appreciate those. Windows that open, some hotels only open a fraction. Large car park, easy to get to from the port in Holyhead.
